a.Keep your right knee bent and on the floor.make your right hand as a support and keep your upper body leaned toward the front.
b.Hold the dumbbell with your left hand and keep your elbow an angle of 90 degrees.

To build perfect hip

Although the hip-line is normal, the hip is flat and sagged. However, it’s easy to build a prefect ass if we choose the exercises which shape the thighs at the same time. This set of gymnastics is especially against flat ass. There is nothing needed except for a chair to get rid of the flat ass.
