Do freehand exercise to shape body and reduce fat
Aim 1: to build the inside of the arms burlily
Make Pair of hands crossed and push forward till the arms stretched out straightly with palms facing the front for 4-8 seconds. Then relax, whirl your hands and take back. Repeat 4-5 times.
Aim 2: to improve the flabby muscle of arms
Make pair of hands crossed and put them behind the head. Arms stretch out towards place above with palms facing upper for 4-8 seconds. Then relax and take back. Repeat 4-5 times.
Aim 3: to tight up the fat of arms and shoulders
Put one hand on the other shoulder and press vertically. At the same time, the pressed shoulder should shrug as much as possible. Each shoulder does like this 4-8 times and then repeat 5 times totally.
Aim 4: to strengthen flexibility of shoulder and to tight the upper and lower arm
Put arms behind the head with elbow bent, and hold wrist of left hand with right hand. Then try to pull your left hand towards the right shoulder for 4-8 seconds and change to the other hand. Repeat 5-10 times.
