To build perfect hip



Although the hip-line is normal, the hip is flat and sagged. However, it’s easy to build a prefect ass if we choose the exercises which shape the thighs at the same time. This set of gymnastics is especially against flat ass. There is nothing needed except for a chair to get rid of the flat ass.
Be attention before doing exercise:


1. Keep standing straightly, and keep the hips pulled in tight in order to get a better effect.
2. Each action needs to repeat 10~20 times and do each one with your best try.
Step 1: place a hand on the back of the chair for support. Keep your body straight, lift your right leg towards your back, and keep for 5 seconds at the highest level. Then repeat with left leg.

Step 2: keep a one-step distance with the chair and put right leg on the chair with knee bent into 90 degree. Put left hand on the back of the chair and right one on the knee. Press your body forward by the strength of the ass and then left leg repeat.
Step 3: keep sitting on the chair straightly and exert yourself to make your ass tighten up. Then put your feet together and keep your toes on the floor. After that, your leg unfolds respectively to two sides and folds. Repeat it.
Step 4: put both hands on the back of the chair and relax your body. Then tighten up your ass for 5 seconds.
