Lose weight with honey



 1. the first day: only honey(make tea with honey)

2. the second and third days: normal diet but do not excessive feasting.

3.  the forth day: only honey  

4.  the fifth and sixth day: normal diet

In general, you can lose 3-4 kilograms in a week. You can choose a meal which have honey only per day if you can stand eating nothing.
