To Eat Separately



To eat separately, exactly eat protein and starch separately, can lose weight. However what’s the relationship with losing weight? The reason is people will digest these two molecules in different period of time because of the digestive system of body.

To decompose protein needs 6 to 8 hours, to starch 3 to 4 hours. 

If you eat food with protein and starch mixed, your stomach needs secrete kinds of enzymes in order to digest these two components. It’s hard to your digestive system, and costs more time to digest. 

Breakfast: protein + vegetables and fruits with high fiber

When get up in the morning, because of a long time without eating food, absorbability of stomach will strengthen and intake of food will increase once begin to eat something. Therefore, you’d better have food with low-fat and high-fiber as your breakfast, because it’s slower to absorb high-fiber food in the body. Thus it’s helpful to reduce excess secretion of insulin and avoid accumulation of fat.

Lunch: starch+ vegetables and fruits with high fiber

Persist in intaking moderate staple food with starch everyday, because the production of energy requires carbohydrate which necessary for ordinary operation of internal organs.

Supper: protein + vegetables and fruits with high fiber

Have more food with high protein, such as meat, fish, eggs, bean products and so on. Due to grate ability of digestion and absorbance in night, as well as less consumption of calorie, the calorie taken in from food will be accumulated easily.

Protein will remain in the stomach for a long time, so it can keep your belly fully filled. And at the same time, protein can make calorie which taken in from food sent out as a form of heat energy. It’s suitable for losing weight.
